I've found this semester to be more stressful, I believe, than the previous one. At least more time consuming. Multiple lit classes will do that to you, I suppose. I've been very busy lately.
I'm taking a creative writing class. It was a way for me to force myself to write. I like to write, but I never do, and when I do, I'm my own worst critic. I guess this way I can force other people to be my critics. Exciting, right?
I wanted to share a song that people have probably heard before, but maybe haven't heard in awhile. Honestly, I was thinking about it the other day, and then I heard it twice on tv after.
The first time I can actually remember hearing the song is at Journalism camp in 2004. I guess I've continued to like it. It makes me happy. There's no reason not to be happy.
Wow. This song came out so long ago. Years ago. Back when I was still a youth. And yes, I'm mocking your old age. I never have been good at subtlety...

ReplyDeleteHi Christine: The semester is going to be over before we know it, and I know the "multiple lit classes" fatigue. I always have my nose in a book, day after day, but I'm hoping the weather will change soon to put the pep back into my step. Between classes and snow, I feel pretty depressed, in a way. I'm hoping for sunshine soon!! :)
