I think it's great that you're showing your kids, too! Like I said, I'm still pretty young, but it's surprising how many people my age and younger don't remember what records are. Haha
Hmm...let me turn off my headphones for a sec...Well, I do remember listening to old (not at the time I guess) records of the Beatles and my family even had some sort of audio narration of Robin Hood on record if I remember correctly.
I hear good records sound much better and clearer than any cd put out these days, any truth to that?
I also have a Crosley player, primarily so that we could dust off some records and show my kids what we used to have for music-gigantic CD's!
